After the webmaster@2cpu.com did some site improvements, mozilla M17/M18
displays the normally left justified "advertisement" gifs & links as center
justified. The normally center justified "news" is displayed as right justified

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto http://2cpu.com
Actual Results: Page displayed after 1) was justified incorrectly as described
Expected Results: Expected the page to be displayed with the "advertisement"
gifs & links to be shifted to the left.

This "webmaster" has his <head> element as a child of his <body> element, and
two <head> elements in the same document. Marking INVALID, please mail the
webmaster@2cpu.com and flame him vigorously.
