Please QA this page:
https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/install-feedback/

For background, this page is part of the following project and will be a part of March's Funnelcake -- https://wiki.mozilla.org/InstallFeedback.

I'll be providing the URL -- https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/install-feedback -- to Kampyle (the feedback form company) who will be coding the form, so that users will see this page once hitting "send" or "cancel" on the feedback form.
Pretty simple page; validates, all links work.

Marking this as FIXED.

John -- do I need to file a separate bug for pushing this page live?

I'm fine either way. Normally we just do it as part of the original bug, but given that this one has already been closed out you could also start a new one.

Key thing is to let me know which files on the staging server I need to push. After that, it's super easy.

not sure if there was a push bug, but this site is live now and works fine, verified during the QA Tests for the new funnelcake build.
