Details

Opening a bug based on conversation at the last www.mozilla.org planning meeting.  It seems like people would prefer to not automatically be taken to a version of the Manifesto in their language, but would rather see the landing page with all versions and then pick the one they want to see.

This may be an exception to the rule for how we want to handle other localized content on the site.
