When I click on the bars under and above the editor area (including the file name) the cursor turns red, but it is blinking and moveable.

When I move it it looks like this:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the editor
2. Click somewhere where the cursor should get inactive. For example at the command line
3. Now click at one of the bars under and above the editor area, including the file name. (Inside the canvas, but outside the editor)
Actual Results:  
The cursor turns red, but it is blinking and moveable.

Expected Results:  
The normal cursor appears again.
or
The cursor stays inactive

Sorry, there is a mistake in the description:

Upper bar+filename: Inside canvas, outside editor
Lower bar        : Outside canvas, outside editor

I guess this was fixed at some point along the way, because I can't reproduce this with the latest Bespin code.
