Magnu when you do that could you set the Whiteboard status with a closeme statment with the date of the third upcoming thursday - leaving the reporter three weeks to test with trunk is I believe a lengthy enough period of time.

The mail is multipart/alternative mail.
> Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
And text/plain(first) part contains null lines only.

So, if you choose "View/Message Body As/Plain Text", nothing is displayed(proper display).

To bug opener:
What is displayed, when you choose "View/Message Body As/Original HTML(or Simple HTML)" at main mail window before you open the .eml file or the mail in mail folder?

Note:
Following is indepenedent/already-known problem:
 - Change of "View/Message Body As" choice at standalone message window
   doesn't work.
See bugs listed in dependency tree for meta Bug 269826.
