If I go to Adblock Plus statistics and switch to "Add-on Version" I see version 0.7.5.5 on the first place - both in the table and in the selection of versions to show. This version is outdated and used by less than 10% of the users but it was around for a long time and "accumulated" lots of pings in that time. I think the versions shouldn't be sorted by their total pings but rather the number of pings in the most recent data point - this will put the versions first that are currently being used. If doing that sorting on the server side is too inefficient, at least the data table should be sorted like that, it is created on client side anyway.
The same issue applies to other views as well of course. On the "Application" page I currently see Firefox 3.0.6 and Firefox 3.0.7 listed first - even though Firefox 3.0.8 is used by more than 80% of the users.
It's showing the info it needs to - we don't have the resources to fix this right now
