On firefox customize toolbar will allow "menubar" to be moved to other toolbar (or even completely removed)

Even though bug 475920 added "menubar" customiz-ablity to SeaMonkey. We sill can not move "menubar" item to other toolbars.
Firefox does not allow the menubar to be moved anywhere. Tested on:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090129 Minefield/3.2a1pre
