When trying to view the source of a Composer document, you are awarded with a
crash instead of the source.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Composer
2. Select the 'View' menu item
3. Select the 'HTML source' menu item

Actual Results:  Crash in GKHTML.DLL

Expected Results:  Show the source for the current Composer page.
