The hg copy of buildbotcustom has a flock of .cvsignore files, which are useless. Instead, it should have a single .hgignore file at the top level.

I could fix this on the fly while merging my l10n build stuff.
If you want to fix it that would be great. Please run a diff by me before merging it over, though.
