We'd like to move the compare-locales tool out from under the build/tools repository to permit focused development.

Can we get the following new repository setup, please?

reed: I get an Internal Server error when I try to access the repo via http, although I'm able to clone/push fine via ssh.

Last time I hit this, this was the cron job updating the web parts with the new repos. Given that this is almost an hour now, maybe that cron job is in trouble?

I ran the cronjob manually when I created the repo, so that's not it. I wonder if it's a Mercurial version conflict, considering some of our machines are running 1.1.2 while others are 1.0.2.

Fixed, but I had to recreate the repo, so you'll need to push to it again.

Pushed again and can see the contents on the web. 

All the style seems to have dropped off of hg.m.o (not just build/...is static/style-gitweb.css missing?), but maybe that's just me.
