From the looks of this page, I see that the <img> tag has a SGI_SRC="" in it. I believe this is confusing the browser.
AFAIK, SGI_SRC never has and is not currently a part of any HTML standard, especially HTML 3.2 (that is what the page says it's using, i went through the entire standard documentation and there is no such attribute). Therefor, I'm invalidating this bug as the problem is with the page rather then mozilla.
