When I load an URL, but want to cancel it with the escape key, it does not stop
loading.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load a heavy page
2.Try to press escape to halt the load
3.

Actual Results:  The page continues to load

Expected Results:  Mozilla should stop loading the page
tever/claudius, i coulda sworn i've seen a dup of this somewhere, but cannot
find it...
