Details
When I scroll to the end of my list of mail filters, I still haven't reached the
bottom of my defined filters. The arrow key won't move me down either. (I can
see about a third of one below where I can reach.) I will guess that I have
around 60 folders defined, with nearly one filter per folder.
In a possibly related problem, many mail messages were being filed into the
incorrect folder. Actually none were ending up in the new-mail folder, so I
thought for awhile that I wasn't receiving any mail, and then that I had a very
bad filter rule. Now I suspect that the filter rule table is being overwritten.

i created 70 mail filters and did not have a probelm. Unfortuantly as I did not
have 60+ mail boxes I could not simulate the rest of your problem.
What build ID do you have? I am using Windows 95 build 2000080808 (M18
8-8-2000).

Using oct3 mn6 commercial branch build NT 4.0:
I created 50 filters, all moving to a different folder. All filters visible in
list within filter ui (there are some scroll problems which are not specific to
filter ui), rules.dat properly shows each filter and doesn't overwrite any
folder selection. All stay properly in ui and rules.dat through exit and more
editing, exxit again.
