In tabcontrol.css in the global skin, the tab control highlight and shadow
values are hardcoded as "solid white" and the shadow as "solid #666666".  Under
Windows, this should be changed so that the hilight becomes "solid
threedhighlight" and the shadow becomes "solid threeddarkshadow"
This will probably get fixed by bug 44771, right Nikhil?
