Do you need the host machine to have them, or do they need to be present inside of the scratchbox installation?

Okay, this has been installed on all of the main pool, try pool, and the ref platform. For posterity, this is: moz2-linux-slave01 -> moz2-linux-slave19 try-linux-slave01 -> try-linux-slave05 CentOS-5.0-ref-tools-vm I installed it into CHINOOK_X86, CHINOOK_ARMEL, and CHINOOK-ARMEL-2007 as the helper script indicates.
