M18 Self build from 8/7/00 morning on Mac:

The splitter no longer closes the sidebar when you click on it once.  If the 
sidebar is already closed, clicking on it once still opens it to a viewable 
size.  This happens across both skins and appears to be maybe a 
javascript bug.

Dupe.  Please search for duplicates before reporting new bugs.  This one is
particularly easy to find because it is a smoketest failure.
