480422 - Consider adding a space between the input field and the "add tags" button

Steps to reproduce:
1.Login to support.mozilla.com
2.Click on "How to Contribute"
3.Click on "Writing new Knowledge Base articles" link under "Improve the
Knowledge Base"
4.Enter some text in the search field under "Quick edit an article " and hit
edit.
5.Notice that there is no space between the  input field and the "add tags" button under Tags in this article" field.

Expected result:
There is a space between the input field and the button so as to increase usability.

Actual result:
Space is missing.

I say we take advantage of this and also add some instructions under. Is it a comma separated list? I don't even know, sorry :)

Also, should we make the text input smaller to fit the button on the same line?

Made text input + button on one line. This saves important space on the sidebar. Also added instructions below.

Should we file another bug for listing the tags more than one per line (to save vertical space), or is that fine the way it is?
