I've managed to make this happen twice. Afer shift+clicking on a link to a file, the "Save As" dialog comes up. I choose a location to save the file to (a directory which i have write permissions on), and the downlaod appears to begin. A box then pops up which says "Unspecified error", the browser crashes, and the Talkback dialog appears.
See nothing to do with plugins.

Error actually occured when writing to a directory i didn't have permissions to. And it is fixed in today's (2000081509) x86 linux build.
