This is similar to bug 480753, due to CVS_RSH=ssh being missing when launching buildbot with the new auto-reboot config. Also added a tb-buildbot.start.slave.plist to launch the Tb2.0.0.x release slave going, and had to tweak both the buildbot.tac's to use /build/slave style basedir.
