By now there is a venerable collection of pages out there advising authors about what to do / not to do to get their add-ons through the queue quickly. It would be nice if we linked to that from the upload/nomination/update tools. It may turn out to be useful to just have a wiki page that we link to that collects links to other pages with the various things that authors should consider, but whatever the case, right now in the worst case we see something like:

1. Author uploads
2. Add-on rejected for lack of reviews
3. Add-on gets reviews, renominated
4. Add-on gets rejected for not wrapping loose variables
5. Author fixes, renominates
6. Add-on gets rejected for security problems (remote eval, etc.)

...
I think this is already fixed by the Developer Hub, unless I'm missing something. If there's something missing there, it would be good to specify.
