When i do control + click over a link that should open in a new window, it doesn't open, even if i do right-click "open in a new tab", nothing happens.

When i do control + click over a link that should open in a new window, it doesn't open, even if i do right-click; "open in a new tab", nothing happens.
The option "open in a new tab" doesn't work
the option control + click over the same link doesn't work too.
I use firefox in spanish, i'm from Colombia then please excuse my "poor english"

Steps to Reproduce:
1.A link
2.Control + click over a links or right-click "open link in a new tab"
3. The link doesn't open a new Tab when it should do it
Actual Results:
nothing happens, the links doesn't works with the option control + click or right-click "open link in a new tab"
Expected Results:
open a page or a link in a new tab.

Do you get this in the firefox safemode ?

This works for me with FF3.0.6 on win32
