Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to http://support.mozilla.com
2.Scroll down.
3.Notice that "Browse all Knowledge Base topics" link is listed twice
expected result:
All relevant links are listed only once.
actual result:
Link for browsing all KBs is listed twice(see snapshot)

The second one (under the list) was added on purpose to decrease the bounce rate. David, what do you think about removing the bottom one?

Yes the bottom one can be removed. The one in the list should be easier to spot for people that are skimming the most popular list.
