New created mailing list is not listed until ABOOK is restarted.

*****observed with win32 2000-08-08-09-M18 and linux 2000-08-08-08-M18***
After a new mailing list is created, it's not listed on Address Book right away.
You need to restart Address Book to get the new list displayed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Address Book.
2. Click on New List to create a new mailing list.
You'll see the new list is not listed on Address Book main window.
3. Close Address Book window and bring it up again.
You'll see the new created list.
hmm...I cannot duplicate this bug using today's build on Win NT and linux.

ji, is this still happening? Is there a twisty on the AB you added it to and
you just have to open it?

Checked today's build. It's not reproducible anymore.
Resolved it as worksforme.
