Build: 2000080808m18, modern skin To recreate: 1. Click on Tabs|Customize Sidebar 2. From the pane titled 'My Sidebar', select any panel and click on the arrow button to move it to the top. 3. Observe that as soon as the panel gets to the top of the listing, the whole 'My Sidebar' window shifts to the left by a fraction. This is also seen if you just select the top or bottom panel in the window titled' My Sidebar' and just move the mouse over the arrow buttons(no need to click).
Reassigning 50 Sidebar bugs to Matt. I was told this was going to be done shortly about two months ago, but it clearly hasn't been. I think that's long enough for all these bugs to remain assigned to nobody. Feel free to filter all this spam into the trashcan by looking for this string in the message body: ducksgoquack
