Since the new bookmark UI landed, a few tweaks are needed:
* Auto select the text "New folder" when adding a new folder
* Reset scroll to top of list when navigating between folders
* Fallback to URI.spec for the bookmark title if the page has no title (like Firefox [1])

most of this is irrelevant, #3 is fixed still valid.
Verified in 20091001 1.9.2 b4 on my n810
