Build Identifier: Firefox 3.0.6
To reproduce it, just choose a certificate on your hdd in the last step of the CCK Wizard and build the addon. After installing it, the certificate isn't listed in the available certs. An older version of CCK (don't know which) hadn't this bug.
Reproducible: Always

Interesting. I specifically tested a Certificate Authority (CACert) and it definitely worked. I'll check again.
What kind of cert is it?

It's a CA too, and everything works but the certificate. Neither the administrator nor the user have the certificate installed, but all other preferences set by CCK. Do you tested it with 1.2.5?

Do you remember if you saw this problem on Linux or Windows?
Or user agent says Linux, but the bug came across as Windows.

I'm going to dupe this. Here is my recreation
I did some testing on Ubuntu and this is working for me.
My test was to grab the PEM from here:
http://www.cacert.org/index.php?id=3
And package it.
Then install the CCK.
Go to Preferences->Advanced->View Certificates
Then I scrolled down and there was
Root CA->CA Cert Signing Authority - Software Security Device.
