48122 - Shift of text in frame while typing into submission box.

The component field was left blank because I didn't know what to choose =).

This may or may not be a bug but I am curious as to why it has this behavior.

Repro Steps:
1. surf to www.geocities.com
2. type a keyword 'bugs' into the search box on the right frame (not the    
   sidebar!)
3. notice as you type the text underneath ('Browse Neighborhood' link and    
   everything beneath) shifts upward, when you move the    
   cursor back it shifts back down
4. this problem only seems to exist on Mozilla; I also tried on IE and netscape 
   4.5 - the problem did not exist on these browsers


I was using Mozilla build 2000-08-06-05-M17.
