After the previous fix to refreshing the list, another defect showed.
location.hash is used to set the name of the current Project.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a selection in the Projects list,
2. edit a file and return to the Dashboard
3. you can't set a new Project, the selection jumps back to the item in the URL
