Attached are some wireframes for the way I'd like to see the bookmark list work (especially as it applies to bringing up the management-related items).  It lets us (a) get rid of a management mode (and button!), instead letting the user open a specific bookmark at a time for editing, (b) declutters the UI, and (c) makes use of the pull-off-the-page edge concept that we're already using elsewhere.

Child Bug:
Currently I dont see a way to add bookmarklet in Fennec.
suggested fix for this will solve it
I more frequently use bookmarklets than bookmarks

sean is doing graphics for this:
- we should use the red (x) from the the tab area for deleting a bookmark (or a different size, if appropriate)
- use the improved button edges for the edit and move buttons
- we can keep the "Manage" button for v1
