User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090303 Minefield/3.2a1pre

Using the Moodle VLE, I am trying to copy and paste from openoffice to a textarea element. The textarea is controlled by a javascript WYSIWYG editor, htmlarea. The result of pasting from openoffice (spreadsheet or text) is that the expected pasted text fails to appear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an openoffice document.
2. Select and copy some text
3. Go here http://heydon.com.au/htmlareademo
4. Paste in the text - it does not appear.
Actual Results:
The copied text is not pasted into the textarea.

Expected Results:
The copied text should appear in the textarea.

This is not a problem with Firefox 3.0.6.
