I've committed the Vietnamese calendar localization to both l10n-central and l10n-1.9.1.

I've added vi to calendar/locales/all-locales by pushing the changeset 4f655b86410f.

However, there are some outstanding issues:

- Please remove the following files:
  - vi/calendar/chrome/calendar/aboutDialog.dtd
  - vi/calendar/chrome/prototypes/calendar-invitations-dialog.dtd
  - vi/calendar/chrome/prototypes/sun-calendar-event-dialog.dtd
  - vi/calendar/chrome/prototypes/sun-calendar-event-dialog.properties
- Please localize the different category entries in vi/calendar/sunbird-l10n.js
