The patch for Live Chat CSAT (bug 458713) eliminated the window.open call via "popup()" on the Live Chat request form, so that the CSAT survey could be completed. Form verification, which happened in popup(), was disabled by this change. This verification needs to be re-enabled to prevent people from attempting to join the queue with an empty nickname.
