Air Mozilla takes 100% CPU on Fennec
1. Open Fennec 2. Browse to air.mozilla.org == Expected == The site ought to work as it does on normal firefox == Actual == The "loading" left side of the viewport takes 100% of the CPU on fennec and hangs. The CPU is split roughly 50-50 between Xomap and fennec processes. The CPU is so consumed that you can't click on any of the links and you can't pan the browser. The only option here is to quit.
We make way too much of video for this not to block. I'm not sure if this should block beta 1, but probably beta 2 for certain.

Can this get assigned to someone?
Do you still see 100% cpu usage? We disable theora now.
I hadn't checked. Are we permanently disabling theora?
its out for 1.0
With the latest 1.9.2 branch of Fennec on the n900, I see 50% cpu with the 'top' command in the terminal. But the video play is really choppy and also the sound and it is slowing down Fennec considerably.
