48162 - no response to clicking on "Add to basket" GIF (which is image link)

Using Commercial 2000080712 on WinNT 4.0 SP4.

To repro:
1) visit URL
2) click on "Add to basket" GIF

Expected: new page should come up with headset added to shopping basket
Actual: In Status, you see "Sending request to www.mobileplanet.com" and you
never see anything more.

Assigning to Networking as a guess, but cc:ing jst in case this is somehow a
DOM0 issue.

Note that the same page/image link works fine in Nav4.73.

WFM. reporter, please verify with latest build. Probably the same as that other
form submission bug that got fixed a while back.

This bug is a "futured" or "untargeted" bug which has been "resolved/works for
me". Most bugs meeting this criteria are usually somewhat out of date or working
in the current builds.
