481717 - Change the default RSS for Macedonian Firefox

The macedonian localization of Firefox has since it's inception used the Makfax news source for the default "News" active bookmark in Firefx. 

But now Makfax have changed their site and there's no RSS on the new site. Thus we need to change it. I'm opening this bug with the possibility for anyone to express their thoughts on what news source to use from now on.

My suggestion is to use http://www.bbc.co.uk/macedonian/ (RSS http://www.bbc.co.uk/macedonian/index.xml)

PROs:
 - world famous news organization
 - fairly impartial
 - good IT infrastructure
 - all content is free

CONs:
 - window-1251 for the content? (why not UTF-8)

Makfax, due it not having a RSS feed is not a contender now, but anyway it had some deficiencies I'd like to note. 

Makfax had items in the news feed that were with no content but an offer to buy *full* access to the content. While this might be a reasonable business model by some standards, I don't think it's a good example of the RSS technology or of the open nature of the internet, so I don't think the Macedonian Firefox should promote it.

ok lets change this to BBC now. I've left more than enough time for better options but it seems there are no better.
