Mozilla hangs at the splash screen if NJ Communicator is running. NJCOM and
Mozilla work fine together if NJCOM is started after Mozilla. (www.njstar.com)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start NJCOM
2.Start Mozilla
3.Hang

Actual Results:  Mozilla hung.

reporter, what is njcom?  I can't connect to the URL you provided.

Site is up now. njcom appears to be an 'Eastern' language version of netscape 4. 
With support for Japanese and Korean etc. Download if 5.6 meg, so I will leave 
it to someone not a modem to confirm this one.

Mozilla does not hang for me with NJ Communicator running.  tested with win32
mozilla trunk build 100904.  I can start mozilla with NJ Communicator running
and I can start NJ Communicator with mozilla running.
