Build: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3) Gecko/20090305 Firefox/3.1b3 The tab isn't allowed to move past it's original position after scrolling to the left-most or right-most side. This occurs no matter which side the tab is on (2nd left-most or 2nd right-most) as long as the STR is followed. For clarity, only one of the two scenarios is explained. 1. Create enough tabs to enable the tab scroll feature. 2. Drag and hold the second left-most tab all the way to the right-most side (until the right arrow is grayed-out). 3. Try to drag and hold that same tab back to the left-most tab. Actual Results: The tab isn't allowed to scroll past it's original 2nd left-most position. This only occurs when the tab is scrolled all the way to the right. Expected Results: The tab should be allowed to scroll to the left and right freely no matter its original position.

It's at least a regression for 1.9.1. It works fine on 1.9.0 branch. Still need to figure out the regression range.

Regression is between the builds 08093007 and 09100102: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/634469bdfadb http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/63b0791327ab Checkins: http://tinyurl.com/b7ygkr That points me to bug 456048. It's a regression from the new D&D API implementation by Asaf.
