NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND is bug 464942
This might be a straight dupe, I just couldn't find that other bug.
Dupe of bug 464942. We have tests failing with both NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND and NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED there.
