Firefox gives no export/import capabilities for cookie acceptance rules

Reproducible: Always

I would like being able to export cookie acceptance rules to a file and to import other rules from a file in order to merge them with existing ones. I know enough for defining my own cookie acceptance rules, while, for example, other people in my family don't want to care about them and just want to surf securely. Then, while having such feature, I would be able to save my rules as a file and to share them more easily with other people.

The other point here is that I think it would be simpler if users could import any configuration file while just selecting a menu item like "File/Import configuration file" and not digging into more obscure menu selection.
