I've resolved various other problems that were also causing problems, but this remains (intermittently).  It seems that it's about to finish loading resource:///res/bloatcycle.html when it does this.

SeaMonkey no longer uses tinderbox, which afaik, has been decomissioned.


Resolving as wontfix.
