I have installed the latest ICQ but once I tried to open it there was an error saying the initiation process failed (code 3 error).Then I went to firefox bug report and it was there that one module is preventing it from launching.

1.I have reinstalled icq but it did not work again.

Can you explain what do you mean and why this should be our bug if ICQ doesn't work ?

I went to google and there are a few people that suggest that the latest icq does not work with their firefox either.Failed to init application object (Code: 3)  this might be the case with some security settings in firefox (or modules).
Also when I go to firefox error console it says Error: Permission denied to call method Location.toString 
I am sorry to say but I do not have a clue whether this relates to the same problem
Is this an ICQ addon for Firefox or is that an independent ICQ that you are installing ?

This is an independent ICQ. The latest version.
marking invalid in that case.
Firefox doesn't change or install additional system files and if ICQ doesn't work you have to ask the ICQ people for help. How should we know why it doesn't work (and it can't be our fault ?

Thank you very much for your time. I am still awaiting response from ICQ people so I guess it might be their faul. Thank you for your help.
