There isn't much point calling out the FAQ explicitly, especially as more pages are being created for the website in the future, and the link to #chatzilla is potentially responsible for the rediculous numbers of people who join and leave without saying anything.
The FAQ has an entry for the channel, as a link, too, so I don't consider it too hard to get help if you really need it - and if you have to look at the FAQ first, that's got to be a good thing!

I decided it looked better to mention the FAQ with the main website, which matches what we have in the Help menu too.
