I think it would be good if you could set a specific folder to be Trash/deleted items. At the moment it is a hassle when using IMAP that has a web client that already uses a folder and I can't choose to use the same one. It just requires the same interface as for the other folders you choose, hopefully this is quite easy. thanks Ed Reproducible: Always Actual Results: Feature doesn't exist

Have you checked with Tb nightly latest-trunk or latest Tb3 beta? > http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/ > http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/3.0b2/ Tb 2 requests manual setting of mail.server.serverN.trash_folder_name, but "Trash selection UI" is already implemented for Tb 3. Or you are requesting "completely same folder selection UI as Drafts, Sent etc." for "Trash folder selection UI"? Note: If you use localized version of Tb, you may experience Bug 480393.
Hi, Cheers for the response, I haven't been running TB3 so I didn't realise anyone was even adding this feature, I also didn't turn up anything on my searches. As long as it's going in, it's all good. cheers ed
