48224 - Mail with Attachment icon is not showing in the thread view

The Mail icon with the paperclip on the mail envelope (in front of the Subject) 
does not seem to appear in the thread pane when appropriate.

Build: 2000-08-07-14-M18

1. Using 4.x, note several mail messages in the thread pane that have 
attachments.
2. Switch to Netscape 6. Select one of these messages.  Attachment icon is shown 
in the envelope area but not in the thread pane.

I'm going to take the liberty of marking nsbeta3- given that we already nsbeta3-
the backend bug (46619) we need to make this work.
