pl has fennec localization ready and waiting. Can we add it to all-locales pls?

Pike, is anything blocking this?
Blocking is the wrong way of saying it, but there are indeed a few things that I'd prefer to do before throwing the next hand full of locales at the l10n server. Primarily, gandalf and I are reworking the infrastructure behind the dashboard, which will want to rerun some data, and doing that with more locales is just gonna take longer to complete. So I'm keeping the locales list on fennec that we have upstream artificially short right now.
