3 pane: Delete/Change text/Move menu items

Per our mail triage meetings, there is a minimal amount that we should do to get
the product per the spec.  Scott has compiled a list.  I will attach that list
as a text attachment to this bug report.  Always use the latest attachment to
work from.

(It may take me about 1/2 day to copy/paste from scott's list.)

Note: we do have other bugs to address this, but they are written per menu.  We
decided that having one bug with a concise list makes it easier.

- Remove "Add Sender to AB" (bug# 10860)
- If Yes, then should "Add All to AB" also be removed?

Reopening, but most items are fixed.

The following problems appear only on the Mac:
- Message|Mark|Flagged, never shows a checkmark
- Folder Pane Context Menu when a newsgroup is selected, 'Send Unsent Messages'
should be removed (D)
