+/- twisties missing in Classic theme (ie. folder pane, threaded view)

Win32 build, 2000-08-09-09-m18

1.  Classic skin
2.  Start Mail
3.  Select a folder which has child folders
4.  Notice that there is no expand/collapse twisty to manipulate the folder 
tree.
5.  The user can double click to expand, but in mail, the double click action is 
for opening the selected folder to a new window.  

No problem in the modern theme.

Note:  I noticed the lack of twisties throughout the product in Classic theme 
(ie. bookmarks, thread pane, etc)

I am no longer seeing this (in yesterday's 8-15 commercial verification build).
