Please remove the checkboxes on this page (licensing now handled by bug bug 482576) and add drop-down to this page in its place.

Dropdown should be something like: "What type of Persona user are you?  Brand Manager, Designer, Community Member, enthusiast, other"

we also need to modify the copy on the success page to signal that there is a lag time for approval. I'll include both sets of copy today.

socialized some options for the drop-down copy and expect to hear back tomorrow. will post the result. will file a separate bug for the "success" page copy.

    * build a brand
    * support a non-profit cause
    * for other reasons 

if it is a small amount of effort (<1 hour) to add a "please specify" field if the user selects "for other reasons", we should do that as well.
