48265 - Moving bookmark to open folder doesn't display new bookmark until closed and reopened

I find that if I display bookmarks, and then drag a bookmark from the bottom to 
go into an open folder, the redisplay is slightly "scrozzled".  For instance, if 
I place the bookmark after the last bookmark in the open folder, the immediate 
redisplay doesn't show the bookmark in the folder.  I have to close the folder 
and reopen it to see it there.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Display bookmarks
3. With one or more bookmarks at the bottom of the list, and one open folder 
(non-empty) above it, drag the bookmark at the bottom of the list so it is 
placed after the last bookmark in the open folder.

Actual Results:  The bookmarks window redisplays incorrectly, in that the folder 
doesn't show the bookmark I just dragged there.  If I then close and reopen the 
folder, it is now there.							

Expected Results:  The line below the original last bookmark should have moved 
down one line, and the dragged bookmark should now appear in the last position 
in the folder.
