I just got a meeting that is scheduled at 2 PM on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. There is no way of doing this (that I know of) in Lightning/Sunbird. For example, the second Tuesday of every month, I need to run Windows Update.
Sure it is. From the "Repeat" dropdown menu in the event dialog choose "Custom...". Set the rule to monthly, every 1 month on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
